Air France is redefining luxury air travel with the highly anticipated launch of its new La Première experience, heralded as "the highest expression of travel." These exclusive, redesigned first-class suites, the product of three years of meticulous development, are poised to debut in spring 2025 on select Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
Passengers will initially find the enhanced La Première service on flights between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and New York-JFK, with subsequent rollouts planned for routes to Los Angeles, Singapore, and Tokyo-Haneda throughout the summer.
Each aircraft will feature just four of these expansive 3.5 square meter suites, providing a remarkable 25% increase in space compared to the airline's existing first-class offering. The highlight of these suites is their customizable configuration, which features a comfortable seat and a separate chaise lounge that can be transformed into a fully flat, two-meter-long bed, ensuring optimal rest and relaxation.
Notably, each suite is illuminated by five windows, a unique design element exclusive to Air France, and includes a floor-to-ceiling curtain that offers complete privacy, creating a serene and personal sanctuary in the sky. For those traveling together, the central suites feature an electric partition that can be lowered to create a shared space.
The aesthetic of the new La Première suites is characterized by a sophisticated color scheme of elegant grays accented with bold touches of red, complemented by luxurious leather trim, bespoke fabrics, champagne-toned metallic accents, and deep, plush carpeting.
The design prioritizes both comfort and functionality, with the elimination of overhead compartments in favor of practical floor-level storage, a personal compartment complete with a backlit mirror, and an individual wardrobe for each passenger.
The in-flight experience is further elevated by unique culinary offerings crafted by Michelin-starred chefs, served on exquisite Limoges porcelain, accompanied by Christofle silverware, and presented with elegant Degrenne metalwork. To complete the premium experience, Air France provides a seamless and personalized airport service, with dedicated staff escorting La Première guests through the airport to the exclusive La Première lounge, ensuring a journey that is as effortless as it is luxurious.
